Mean pre-treatment coital frequency was about 2.44 times per week for the first 30 patients and was 2.13 times per week for the second set of patients. After continued treatment with Tramadol, the mean IELT was reported to be 202.5s and 238.2s after sporadic treatment in the first 30 patients. Also, it was noted that a mean IELT with placebo was 94.8s and with sporadic placebo, it was measured as 96.6s. The frequency of sexual intercourse increased to 4.32 times per week upon daily use of Tramadol and was 4.86 times with sporadic treatment. The coital frequency then increased to 2.88 times per week on treatment with placebo and was 3.23 times per week when patients were on sporadic treatment.
